We mostly invest in retail parks and shopping centres in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We focus on projects with high potential based on stability with regard to the strategic location and increase in the value of the given properties over time.

We primarily invest in rental housing, which is constantly growing in selected locations due to high demand. We currently own residential real estate in the centre of Prague, Pilsen, Brno and Olomouc.

We engage in both complete development and redevelopment in projects with a high potential for growth and expansion. Among such projects in our portfolio is the development of the OC Chrpa building and the reconstruction of the former Hotel Kopanice and Hotel Astra.

In addition to real estate, we also operate the unique audio & cinema showroom VOIX in the centre of Prague, as well as the Zlati Grič winery with a long-standing tradition located in the stunning nature of northern Slovenia, which is also an extremely interesting wine region appreciated by connoisseurs.
