The house in Olomouc on Dolní náměstí is a historical building whose roots go back to the distant past. The house with a rentable area of 1,600 m² was included in the FIDUROCK portfolio in April 2019 and is now preparing the building for a total renovation, which FIDUROCK is aiming at a higher standard of rental housing.
