The apartment building with a leasable area of 950 m² Bratislavská 59 was included in the FIDUROCK portfolio in September 2016. The building was completely renovated during 2021, including an increase of 1 storey, thanks to which it now has a total of 8 storeys and 30 residential units adapted to today's demand for smaller apartments.
