At the end of 2021, FIDUROCK successfully added an apartment building in Prague 4 in Nusle to its portfolio. This building with an area of 1,060 m2 already has a valid building permit for the extension and reconfiguration of the rental premises. FIDUROCK plans to increase the number of residential units from 16 to 22 and retain 1 non-residential space on the ground floor of the building.
