The historic building in the center of Olomouc with a leasable area of 2,900 m² provides versatile use. At the end of 2020, FIDUROCK completed the reconstruction of ¼ of the building, which included the modernization of individual student apartments and an increase in the number of beds. Now the building is undergoing the second part of the reconstruction, with planned completion in August 2022, after which, in addition to non-residential premises, it will also offer 72 student apartments with 148 beds.
