The historic building in the centre of Olomouc with a leasable area of 2,900 m² provides versatile use. The building has undergone a complete renovation, which included the modernization of individual student apartments and an increase in the number of beds. Now this house offers 72 student flats with 148 beds and non-residential premises. The building is fully managed by Fidurock.
