At the end of 2021, FIDROCK strengthened its retail portfolio with the Retail Park Levice project, located in the middle of the largest housing estate in Levice - Vinohrady. Upon completion of construction, which we plan to start at the end of 2022, it will offer customers 10 rental units on a leasable area of 5,000 m2 and 150 parking spaces. The main tenants will be Billa supermarket, Super ZOO, TEDi, Sinsay and others.
