In June 2019, a new retail park was successfully acquired with an area of almost 12 800 m² in Mladá Boleslav, located in an already established and strong commercial area right next to the Olympia shopping centre. They key tenants at Mladá Boleslav Retail Park include Asko furniture store with an area of over 5 000 m², Decathlon – sports equipment store with over 1 500 m², Jysk – chain of household goods with 1 300 m², Mountfield, Elektro World and others. Its location and long-term lease contracts rank Retail Park Mladá Boleslav among highly successful projects.
