An apartment building in excellent condition from the beginning of the 20th century with Art Nouveau elements was included in the FIDUROCK portfolio in May 2019. The six-story building with apartments and an underground floor with non-residential space and large attic spaces is located in the exclusive location of Prague 2 - Vinohrady. In 1Q 2020, FIDUROCK started a reconstruction, which is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2022.
