The lot with an area of almost 27 000 m² is located in the spa town of Piešťany and has been in the FIDUROCK portfolio since 3Q 2018. It is a self-contained project with three complementary parts, that being a retirement home, multipurpose buildings and the adjacent retail park. During 2020, a zoning decision was obtained for the project, while the construction of the retail park is planned for 2022 and 2023.
