FIDUROCK purchased the lot with a zoning decision in Staré Město u Uherského Hradiště 2018. In 2020, a new retail park with a total area of 4 100 m² and eight commercial units was opened on the lot. The main tenants include Mountfield, Oresi, Sportisimo, Dr. Max, Drogerie Teta, Wiky hračky, Pet Center and others. In 2022, the project was expanded with an additional 500 sqm of leasable area.
