The successful acquisition of the established Trnava retail park with an extensive lot was concluded in 2020. Owing to its incorporation into a large and crucial commercial zone on the Trnava ring road, the commercial complex with an area of 8 322 m² has excellent traffic accessibility by car or public transit from the centre of Trnava. There is ample parking space right in front of the commercial units. The main tenants are C&A, Planeo Elektro, Sportisimo, TEDi and others. In Q2 2022, FIDUROCK started construction work on the second extension phase, which will expand the commercial zone with a Billa supermarket and other commercial units. Thanks to the possibilities and the size of the land, FIDUROCK plans to expand the complex further and thus increase its attractiveness and stability.
