The apartment building in the neighborhood of Heroldovy sady and Čechovo náměstí in the Vršovice area has 18 residential units and 5 studios on more than 1,300 m2 on seven floors.
The house from the 19th century has undergone partial reconstruction and, thanks to its location, offers breathtaking views of the Prague skyline from the higher floors.
The intention of the project is to reconstruct the existing condition with an extension to 23 apartments with an expected completion date of January 2025.
