At the end of 2023, the acquisition of an office building at Dykova 3 in the very heart of Královské Vinohrady took place.
We have ambitious plans for this building, formerly owned by Penta Real Estate. We want to breathe new life into it by converting it into residential housing, and at the same time expand its total area from the original 3,000 to 5,000 square meters.
This acquisition significantly contributes to our long-term goal, i.e. to keep expanding the residential housing portfolio with new projects in lucrative locations.
