Retail Park Severka in Liberec has been part of the FIDUROCK portfolio since May 2016. It is a proven shopping park in the strong business zone of the northern part of Liberec. The nearly 12,000 m² park is occupied by stable tenants such as Jysk, Okay, Breno, Mountfield, ProSpánek and others. For active rest and fun after shopping, there is also the HOP Arena, where both children and adults can enjoy themselves. In 2020, an extension was successfully completed on the adjacent property of the retail park. Its tenant is the largest network of car dealerships in the Czech Republic - AAA Auto.
