Retail park Tábor with an area of 9 500 m² was the first to be added to the FIDUROCK commercial portfolio back in 2015. It is located in a strong business zone with the only hobby market in the region. The main tenants are Albert, Asko, ACTION, Datart and Sportisimo. This retail park is stable, not only thanks to a good location, but also thanks to long-term rental contracts. In 2019, the park underwent a complete reconstruction.
