The local SARATOV shopping centre in Bratislava, Slovakia, has been in the FIDUROCK portfolio since 2018. It is a smaller, two-storey shopping centre on a main road in the Dúbravka city section. The main tenants are Billa, DM drug store, Pepco, Kik, and a branch of Slovenská spořitelna. Customers will also find restaurants, fashion shops, a pharmacy, jewellery shop, optician and a number of other stores and services. The department store has its own parking lot for 90 cars and is also readily accessible via public transit. In 2020, an extensive reconstruction took place in order to revitalize and expand the department store.
