The acquisition of a set of buildings took place in September 2018 and thus expanded the Slovak real estate portfolio by a plot of land of 9,000 m2, which includes an office building, encompassing production as well as storage premises. The building complex is located on a busy street, but also near a quiet part of the Bratislava forest park in the Little Carpathians. FIDUROCK plans to gradually improve the entire area and then effectively use the individual premises.
