The residential building Žerotínova 58 in Prague 3 will undergo a renovation including the installation of an elevator, the modification of common areas, the capacity of parking spaces and the improvement of the heating to make it greener and therefore more economical. We expect to improve the quality of life for tenants of 22 apartments and one non-residential space.
