In June 2023, we expanded our portfolio with another interesting project. We see great potential in the Chrpa shopping center in the Chodov housing estate in Prague. It is located in an attractive residential location and covers an area of almost six thousand square meters.
This is an existing functional shopping center in the Prague housing estate of Chodov, mainly serving South City II and Horní Roztyly, to which we plan to give it a new look. The project is located in an attractive residential location that has great potential for further development. Among the main tenants is the Albert supermarket, but here you will also find services related to optics, floristry, fitness, restaurants and much more.
