At the end of last year, we dedicated ourselves to an important acquisition, which was the office building on Dykova Street. Before the holidays, we completed the transaction documentation, and now nothing stands in the way of the building, which currently serves as an office building, becoming part of Fidurock's portfolio. The acquisition significantly strengthened the overall value of our portfolio, which now reaches 7.4 billion crowns.
With this building, formerly owned by Penta Real Estate, we have ambitious plans. We want to breathe new life into it by converting it into residential housing, while also expanding its total area from the original 3,000 to 5,000 square meters.
This acquisition significantly contributes to our long-term goal of continuously expanding the portfolio of residential housing with new projects in lucrative locations.
