ASTRA became the second hotel in FIDUROCK's residential portfolio in October 2021. On an area of 2,689 m2, it offers its visitors a total of 60 comfortably equipped rooms, a modern conference room with a capacity of up to 100 seats and a summer terrace for outdoor quiet seating. It is situated in a quiet part of Prague and is very accessible thanks to its close proximity to the metro station.
The hotel remains in normal operation under the management of an experienced hotel chain operator in the Czech Republic, while FIDUROCK is preparing the redevelopment of the building.
