Fidurock bought the Trutnov retail park!

At the end of June, representatives of the real estate investment holding Fidurock and representatives of the Czech Real Estate Investment Fund (CREIF) signed an agreement on the sale of the Trutnov retail park.

Fidurock's expansion thus continues through an extremely promising acquisition. RP Trutnov, which provides a gross area of 23,000 m2, is one of the largest retail parks in the Czech Republic and at the same time the largest in the region. In addition, it has a very strong mix of tenants from all areas of retail and is located in an attractive location by the main road to Peca pod Sněžkou, where almost 17,000 cars pass by every day.

With the completion of the acquisition of the Trutnov retail park, which took place in July of this year, Fidurock, among other things, exceeded the 100,000 square meter mark of the total leasable area of its retail real estate in the Czech and Slovak Republics.

RP Trutnov, the largest retail park in the region, is a very popular shopping destination with high traffic. In addition, it is located near the highly frequented road to Peca pod Sněžkou, and an important aspect is its 100% occupancy and the composition of tenants from all areas of retail. There are sixteen of them in total, the largest being Tesco, OBI, Planeo Elektro, Intersport, JYSK and KFC.

Fidurock plans to further develop RP Trutnov. Among other things, he wants to build a photovoltaic power plant on the roof of the park, expand the potential of using the parking lot, or add chargers for electric cars.
