We are pleased to announce that in line with Fidurock's long-term goal of expanding its residential housing portfolio with new projects in lucrative locations, we have successfully acquired a new residential building at Žerotínova 58, Prague 3, in January 2024. The building, with a total usable area of 1378.1 m², consists of 22 apartments and one commercial space. What makes this acquisition even more exceptional is the fact that it is our first project in the cooperative housing sector, in collaboration with Raiffeisenbank Czech Republic. By taking this step, we not only expand our horizons but also bring new opportunities for those seeking quality housing in the heart of Prague.
The Žerotínova 58 building will undergo partial reconstruction, which will include several key enhancements. The installation of a new elevator will ensure more comfortable and easier access for all residents. Modifications to the common areas will aim to create a more pleasant environment. Increasing parking capacity will ensure better parking availability for tenants and visitors. Lastly, upgrading the heating to a more energy-efficient system will not only bring ecological benefits but also financial savings for the apartment tenants.
