We are a Dutch-Czech investment boutique, established in 2014. We focus on investment into real estate, mainly retail parks in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and residential real estate in the city center of Prague, Bratislava, Brno or Olomouc. Excepte real estate we operate a unique audio&cinema showroom VOIX in the center of Prague.
We invest primarily into retail parks and shopping centres in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Before acquisition, we also check the functioning, stability and potential of these projects, through direct communication with long-term tenants. We then strategically develop the projects and increase their attractiveness for customers. For this purpose, we cooperate with leading construction companies to ensure the highest quality and lifetime of the buildings.
We focus on acquiring and subsequently leasing residential properties in attractive locations. Suitable reconstruction, modification of layout and quality management maximise their value and profitability, far above the market average. At present, we own 9 residential properties in the centre of Prague, Brno and Olomouc.
Our portfolio also includes 2 commercial properties in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Both projects are located in areas with excellent traffic accessibility and substantial future development potential.
We entered into the retail up-market with the construction of a unique showroom for luxury audio equipment in the very heart of Prague. We thus opened the largest showroom of this type in Central Europe. In this way, we address affluent consumers, offering them the best quality of goods on the market as well as an exceptional experience.
Since the establishment of FIDUROCK, David Hauerland has taken care of identifying interesting investment opportunities in the field of commercial real estate; at the same time he oversees comprehensive management of all projects.
He gained his experience in real estate at the international consulting specialist, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where he held the position of consultant for the sale and lease of commercial real estate, especially retail. He also gained knowledge of financial markets while working at Unicredit Bank as a regional manager of franchise distribution.
At FIDUROCK, Laurens Rinkes is primarily responsible for managing the Amsterdam office, creating organisational structures and identifying new investment opportunities in Central and Eastern Europe.
After graduating from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands, he spent over 10 years working in an international consulting firm for Central and Eastern Europe. He specialises in advisory services concerning tax planning and creation of strategic corporate structures for private companies. Since 2012, he has held the position of a member of the Board of Directors of the Czech-Dutch Chamber of Commerce.
Petr Valenta specialises in the field of private equity and within FIDUROCK he participates in the management of operations and investments, the creation of the company's strategy and its further development.
After obtaining a doctorate from Masaryk University in Brno, he has been actively involved in asset management since 2008 and has served on the supervisory boards of several financial groups in this context.
Tomáš Slavětínský joined FIDUROCK in April 2019. Since the beginning of his tenure, he has been in charge of comprehensive management of FIDUROCK's operational area, including project management, implementation of acquisitions and management support for the Brno branch.
He gained most of his experience in the areas of business operations management with a partial overlap into the legal and financial areas, sales management and transformation processes and acquisitions during his many years at Holmes Place, Form Factory and Jan Becher.
At FIDUROCK, Vladimír Loukota is primarily looking for interesting investment opportunities in the area of residential real estate. At the same time, he oversees and manages the Brno branch of FIDUROCK and comprehensively manages all of its projects.
During more than twenty years of his involvement in the residential real estate market, in which he has built successful teams and organisations, he has gained a lot of experience, which he now applies to create a wide residential portfolio of FIDUROCK.
Ondřej Křivanec joined FIDUROCK on October 1, 2020. His main task is the comprehensive management of the Real Estate segment with an overlap into the management of the Residential Portfolio and the operational management of FIDUROCK.
Ondřej has eleven years of experience in the Real Estate segment. He gained his first experience at JLL, where he spent two years caring for investors in the retail real estate sector. He also deepened his knowledge in CPI PG. He participated in the administration, development and management of dozens of properties in the Czech Republic and Slovakia with a leasable area exceeding 600,000 m2.
David Hýža has been working at FIDUROCK since January 2019. He is in charge of comprehensive financial management in the entire FIDUROCK group, including acquisition management and project financing.
David has more than 10 years of experience in finance. Prior to joining FIDUROCK, David worked as CFO of the HUB Ventures coworking center network and corporate restructuring team at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he participated in a large number of restructuring projects with a wide range of activities.
